Litian Pictures Holdings Limited (“Litian Pictures”) is a drama series distribution company in the PRC, primarily engaged in the business of licensing the broadcasting rights of self-produced and outright-purchased drama series. Litian Pictures ranked first among all drama series distribution companies in China in terms of the total number of episodes of distributed drama series which were broadcast in 2019 with a market share of approximately 6.9%, according to the Frost & Sullivan Report.

From 2017 to 2019, Litian Pictures distributed a total of 120 drama series with a wide range of genres. The drama series distributed by Litian Pictures have been successfully broadcast on various satellite TV channels and leading online media platforms in the PRC, including, among others, CCTV-8, satellite channels of Zhejiang Television Station, Anhui Television Station and Shenzhen Television Station, Tencent Video, iQIYI and YouKu.
