Yadong Group Holdings Limited (the “Group”) was established in 2011, the Group’s production facilities are located in Changzhou city, Jiangsu province, the PRC. The Group principally engages in the design, process and sale of textile fabric products, and also engages in the provision of just processing services. The Group’s textile fabric products are categorised into two broad types, namely plain weave fabrics and corduroy fabrics, which feature a variety of different colours, patterns, textures, and functionalities. The Group sells textile fabric products mainly to garment manufacturers as well as trading companies in Asia.

亞東集團控股有限公司（「集團」）成立於2011年，集團生產設施位於中國江蘇省常州市，主要從事設計、加工及銷售紡織面料產品，亦僅提供加工服務。集團的紡織面料產品分為兩大類：平紋布和燈芯絨面料，具有各種各樣的顏色、圖案、紋理及功能。集團主要向服裝製造商及貿易公司銷售其紡織面料，產品主要銷售或分銷到亞洲地區。
